Call us to update the appointment in your account. You can make changes up to 24 hours before the appointment without incurring any costs. No cancellation fees if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

However, if you cancel your cleaning within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we have to charge you a cancellation fee of £ 45. We understand that there may be times when you have a plan change, but we reserve a time specially for you. We appreciate your understanding.

No, you cannot pay in cash.
All customers can pay by check or bank transfer.
However, if you wish to pay by check, let our office know. Payment can be made directly to the cleaner in a sealed envelope with the company name written on the outside.
If you are a "subscription customer", you can also send a check to our head office or pay directly by bank transfer using our bank details which are on our invoices that we send.

All our prices are without VAT, however VAT is added.
